General Terms & Acceptance
By accessing the d999 platform or opening an account, you will be deemed to have fully agreed to these terms and conditions. Account Registration & Eligibility
To open an account on d999, you must be at least 18 years of age and a legal resident of Bangladesh. All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Each individual may only operate one account; opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination. It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login credentials completely confidential and not to share them with any third party. Deposits, Withdrawals & Transactions
All financial transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and must remain within the specified minimum and maximum limits. Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used for deposits and withdrawals. d999 reserves the right to suspend or cancel any payment in the event of fraudulent or suspicious transactions. Withdrawal requests may take a certain amount of time to process, and withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed. If any taxes or charges apply to a transaction on d999, they will be determined in accordance with the relevant regulations and may be borne by the user.
Bonuses & Promotional Offers
D999 offers various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time, each governed by its own specific terms and conditions. Withdrawing bonus funds generally requires meeting certain wagering requirements, which will be stated in the relevant offer's details. Any attempt to claim bonuses through multiple accounts or by fraudulent means will result in account termination and forfeiture of bonuses. Bonuses are valid for a limited time and will be automatically cancelled if not used within the specified period. d999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion.
User Conduct & Prohibited Activities
All users must maintain honest, transparent, and compliant conduct while using the d999 platform. The following activities are strictly prohibited, and involvement in such activities may result in immediate account termination.
- Using any kind of bot, automated software, or hacking tools.
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another user's account or information.
- Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
- Operating an account using a false identity.
- Attempting to harass or mislead other users.
- Exploiting system vulnerabilities to gain unfair advantages.

Limitation of Liability
